These terms apply to UGC (user-generated content) video services provided by Rebeca Mayora ("I", "me") to brands and businesses ("you").

Services

I create short-form videos for TikTok, Reels and Shorts, including human UGC videos and AI-generated UGC videos. The scope, number of videos, language and deadline are agreed by email before work starts.

Delivery and revisions

Videos are delivered ready to post, as digital files. Each video includes one round of revisions. Additional revisions can be agreed separately.

Usage rights

Listed prices include organic use of the video on your own social media accounts. Paid ads, whitelisting, raw footage, rush delivery and extended or perpetual usage are quoted separately and must be agreed in writing before the video is used that way.

Payment

Payment terms, amount and method are confirmed in writing before work starts. Work begins once the agreed payment terms are met.

Product and content

You are responsible for the claims made about your product or service. I will not make false or misleading statements and may decline a project that I cannot support honestly.
